Corporate governance
Our corporate governance statement clarifies the distribution of roles between the Norwegian state as owner, the board and the management in the company.
Statkraft complies with the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance in accordance with the company’s organisation and ownership structure, but with non-compliances attributable to the fact that Statkraft is not a publicly listed company and that the state is the sole owner of the company. Statkraft also complies with the Norwegian state’s ten principles for efficient corporate governance.
