Vessingfoss power plant

Vessingfoss power plant is located in Tydal Municipality in Trøndelag County.

The power plant is part of the Nea watercourse development and has one Francis turbine where production takes place mainly in winter.

The power plant uses a height of fall of 55 metres between multi-year reservoir Lake Nesjøen and Lake Vessingsjøen. Vessingsjøen is an artificial lake and intake reservoir for Nea power plant.
